All right. Welcome back to Worldwide Exchange. Time for this morning's insider action. We're tracking notable insider stock moves by company directors and executives outside of their preplanned stock sales. As always the data comes from Verity Data but is confirmed by the CNBC data team against SEC filings and video board member Mark Stevens selling 350000 shares for more than sixty three million dollars. The stocks up more than 30 percent so far this year. American Eagle CFO selling more than one hundred eighty six thousand shares for four and a half million dollars. Verity notes a cluster of sales at the clothing retailer with four other insiders also stepping up their activity as the stock is now trading at its highest level in four years. Tesla board member Kimball Musk selling roughly 57000 shares for more than twenty five million dollars. Verity says Musk the brother of CEO Elon Musk also gifted 30000 shares to a donor advised fund in the month leading up to a stock sale which was outside of a preset trading plan. And the CEO barely selling one hundred and fifty six thousand shares for nearly 10 million dollars. Verity says five insiders they sold a total of 38 million dollars in shares over the previous month.
