They said detectives are looking into why the Barrison Holly Engineering Building, where the shooting took place, was targeted. The suspect is thought to have fled along a normally bustling street of restaurants and coffee shops, according to local officials. They added that the search was complicated by throngs of holiday shoppers and thousands of people attending concerts and events on a Saturday night.
