Because I think he wanted to use something as terrible as a cancer diagnosis as a positive in order to try and encourage people to go and get tested early, to raise awareness around cancer, and also, I think, to let people know that, like him, there is a way for some people to live with cancer. So to set an example of what living with cancer can look like. My government will govern in service to the country. Despite his diagnosis, the 77-year-old Charles has made a point to keep working. Last year, he took several overseas trips. And at home, he hosted President Trump at Windsor Castle. And the king isn't the only British royal sharing his cancer journey with the public. The princess of Wales has also been open about parts of her own battle. Times are changing. And I think both the king and Kate understand that he's head of state. He understands there's a huge interest in what's going on with his life and his health. What we have seen when he has talked about, when he's been open about his cancer previously is an upsurge from cancer charities and the NHS telling us there is an upsurge in people going and getting checked. So it's making a real difference. It's working. It's probably saving lives.
