The bakery is renowned for its traditional pies, pasties, and sweets, which are still made using family recipes passed down through generations. Owners expressed pride in maintaining the quality and consistency that have kept customers returning over the decades, and hope to continue the Perryman's legacy for years to come.

Living around the corner, it's been such a great bakery to come to. Not too many businesses today can do 100 years. The Lord Mayor helping to unveil a plaque, a tribute to the small business that stood the test of time. I honestly think this is one of the most exciting bakers in the world. Hundreds of customers today lining Tinch Street to get their paws on the perfect pastry. As we've been through a pandemic and they've supported us all along the way, we couldn't still be open without them. How good's that that after 100 years, they're still lining up at the door first thing in the morning? The bakery has a very long history. It's famous for its old school pies, pasties and sweets, still made from family recipes dating back decades. The quality of our product and the consistency is something we're really proud of. That's why the customers keep coming back. The owners say they're proud to keep the century old tradition alive and hope Perryman's keeps serving Adelaide for another 100 years.
