It's understood he won't back down from that statement, meaning if the evidence is proven, Radley's $750,000 a year contract will likely be torn up. The Roosters today refused to comment and won't be until the legal proceedings have finished and they begin tomorrow, with now-rabbito Brandon Smith summoned to appear at court in Queensland.
