Two children, aged 13 and 4, were killed in a shooting incident that occurred about 20 miles south of Houston. Two other children, aged 8 and 9, sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to local hospitals, where they are expected to survive. 

Authorities have taken one woman into custody, though her connection to the children has not been clarified. The shooting is believed to have taken place at a location different from where the children were found, and officials have stated there is no ongoing threat to the community. The motive for the shooting remains unknown, and further updates are expected from law enforcement.

Officials say the two Children killed were 13 and 4 to others with gunshot wounds were flown to area hospitals. Their ages are eight and nine. Both are expected to survive. Now, here's what we know so far. One woman is in custody, according to investigators, but it's unclear what her relationship is to the Children or the Children's relationship to each other. The county sheriff's office says they were called to an area gas station on a rural highway early this morning, but they believe the shooting occurred somewhere else. They also say they believe there's no ongoing threat to the community right now. There is no motive tom, but hopefully we're going to get an update from officials at a press conference tomorrow.
