The Desert Southwest will be under the threat of flash flooding throughout the weekend as the remnants of both Prescilla and Raymond move north from the Pacific and Gulf of California. All of the Four Corners states of Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado will be under the threat for heavy rain, flash flooding, and river flooding over the weekend.
