While the crowd expressed gratitude towards the US President for his role in the negotiations, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faced criticism from many hostage families, who accuse him of prolonging the conflict. Israeli military sources have indicated that freed hostages are expected to be taken to a military base in Reim after their release.

But while Trump's name was cheered by the crowd, the same could not be said for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, with a majority of hostage families accusing him of prolonging the war in Gaza. Dear Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu... Earlier in the day, Witkoff and Kushner were given a field tour of Gaza, with Israel's military releasing this footage. It says they also visited a military base in Israel's Reim, where the hostages are expected to be taken once they've been freed.
