Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced a $90 billion arms agreement with the United States, including a deal for Ukrainian-made drones and the deployment of Israeli Patriot air defense systems in Ukraine. Zelensky also warned of reciprocal action if Russia targets Ukrainian power supplies, as Ukrainian drones reportedly struck oil facilities deep inside Russia.

As the war in Ukraine continues, that country's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced a new $90 billion arms deal with the United States. President Putin has repeatedly debunked these provocations. Russia has never had and does not have any such intentions. However, any aggression against my country will be met with a decisive response. Earlier this week, President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social that he thinks Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and win all of Ukraine back in its original form, retaking its territory that Russia has occupied. The president also expressed his disappointment in Putin for prolonging the war. I'm very dissatisfied with what Russia is doing and what President Putin is doing. I haven't liked it. President Zelensky announced a $90 billion arms agreement with the US and a drone deal for Ukrainian-made drones that the US will purchase. He also said an Israeli Patriot air defense system has been operating in Ukraine for the past month, with two more expected to arrive in the fall. Zelensky also responded to Russia's threats on Ukrainian power supplies as winter approaches.
