The report is part of an effort by Secretary Kennedy's administration to investigate the root causes of autism, a topic that has been the subject of longstanding public interest.

Kenview, the manufacturer of Tylenol, responded by stating that the health and safety of its consumers is a top priority and that current scientific evaluations do not support a causal relationship between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and autism. The company’s stock experienced a decline following the news.
