Authorities released new video footage of the suspect near the university, though the individual's face was not visible. 

The FBI has announced a $50,000 reward for information leading to the suspect's identification and arrest, urging the public to come forward with any details. Brown University has cancelled all classes and exams for the remainder of the semester, while police have increased their presence in Providence to reassure the community.

Federal agents scour property around Brown University for clues that might lead to the arrest of the man wanted for Saturday's campus shooting. The suspect in the attack, which left two students dead and nine injured, was still at large two days on. Police on Monday released a new video of the suspect, taken in the vicinity of the university at 2pm on Saturday afternoon, about two and a half hours before the first active shooter alert was sent out. The face of the male suspect, however, was not visible in the home security footage. No amount of information is too small or irrelevant. We are also here to announce the FBI is now offering a reward of $50,000 for information that could lead to the identification, the arrest and the conviction of the individual responsible, who we believe to be armed and dangerous. A person of interest in the case was released without charge on Sunday. Despite the suspect being still at large, police say there are no credible threats to the community, but have tried to assure the public by having an increased presence in the Providence area. We want to see the individual that pulled the trigger on these young kids identified, apprehended and brought to justice. Saturday's shooting took place as students were sitting exams in a classroom on campus. The university, which is the seventh oldest in the United States, has cancelled all classes and exams for the rest of the semester. There have been more than 390 mass shootings in the United States in 2025, resulting in more than 400 deaths.
