Joining us now exclusively is incoming CrowdFind CEO, Steve Cahillain. Steve, thank you so much for taking the time on this big announcement. It's good to see you. Good to see you, Sarah. Thanks for having me. So why not? Why are you doing this? I mean, you, you, you, you did the split at Kellogg, sold effectively both of those two companies. Could have, could have rode off into the sunset. Why are you back for more? Yeah, I could have, but this opportunity was just so exciting, Sarah. And when, you know, I got the opportunity to talk to them about this, I just grew more and more excited because the opportunity to do very similar things to Kraft Heinz that we did to Kellanova is absolutely real right in front of us. I think the plan separation is very exciting. We did that at Kellanova, Kellogg to great success. The opportunity to turn the business around and back to growth before we even separate, I think, is very real, very tangible. These are phenomenal brands, phenomenal brands that need to be contemporized, shown a little bit of love and brought back to growth. So you actually think they can get back to growth before you split? Because they are, they are iconic brands, Steve, but they have not been growing. They haven't been, but, you know, it's very reminiscent, as I just said, about my experience at Kellogg, which was not growing when I joined the business. And after a couple of quarters of, you know, really working that, you know, we returned to growth and grew quarter in, quarter out for years prior to the separation of Kellogg into Kellanova and W.K. Kellogg Co. I see the same opportunity here. I mean, these are phenomenal brands that are well recognized, that need the same type of care and attention that they deserve. And, you know, the last 10 years has been difficult. There's a lot of reasons for that. I'm not going to criticize what's happened in the past, but I see a bright future. And, you know, I've studied this. I've done this before. I have tremendous confidence that the team can work together to bring these brands back to kind of the illustrious past that they've had. And the future should be even brighter than the past was.
