The feat took place in Lagos on Friday where Bassi and her team prepared the West African staple using hundreds of kilograms of rice, tomatoes, peppers, onions and spices. It's amazing, like setting a very good record for Nigeria and Nigerians, like she's representing everybody so it's amazing, I'm so happy. Jollof rice is found across West Africa, but there are regional variations in ingredients and preparation.
