Today, we've heard from the evidence custodian at the Altoona Police Department. What these hearings are about is about whether or not the defense, the defensing for Luigi Mangione, can suppress certain pieces of critical evidence. So, today, just as last week, what we're hearing about is the chain of custody of that evidence. What the defense claims is that the evidence, including the handgun that was found in Luigi Mangione's backpack, writings that could lead to potentially a motive and to-do lists, as well as a loaded gun magazine, a knife, if all of these pieces of evidence were gathered legally. What the defense is claiming is that the search of his backpack was done without a warrant. So, from all of the officers that we heard from last week and as well as today, what they're saying is, they were obtained legally. They were obtained during routine checks that we do when we arrest somebody just to make sure that they're not carrying anything dangerous. We will continue to report today. And at some point, we're expecting this week to hear from defense witnesses who have not yet taken the stand. Back to you.
