Emergency services in Israel have treated over 35 individuals following the missile strikes. The United States confirmed its anti-missile systems assisted Israel in defending against the attacks. The conflict marks a significant escalation, with both nations warning of continued hostilities.

Missiles streaked over Tel Aviv Friday with some Iranian projectiles breaching Israel's air defences. At least nine buildings were hit unprecedented for a direct Iranian attack. Israel had appeared in control all day attacking Iranian military sites including the residences of its nuclear scientists killing them and their families. Israel's strikes included extensive damage to the Natanz facility used by Iran to enrich uranium that could have been potentially used to build a nuclear weapon. For Israelis, war with Iran amounts to opening a new front. Its ongoing attacks on Hamas have left Gaza in ruins with vast numbers of Palestinians dead, injured or near starvation with Israel isolated internationally. This is one of the... Netanyahu spoke again Friday about his ambition to militarily remake the Middle East by vanquishing long-time adversaries such as Hezbollah and Hamas and now Iran. Crystal, you have personally witnessed these attacks. Talk us through what you've seen. Well, it is very jolting. It starts with those blaring community sirens that go and then of course mobile devices start blaring with alerts. People told to get to shelters immediately. We saw from this very vantage point a number of interceptors being launched into the air as those missiles start to come towards Israel from Iran. You watch those explosions in the sky as those missiles are destroyed. But it's that falling debris, that falling debris that can be so incredibly dangerous. We also did see some of those missiles continue down and we know those will have obviously a much greater impact on the ground and that is exactly what we are seeing tonight, mostly in Tel Aviv, Erica. And we know some of these strikes, particularly in Tel Aviv, have caused damage. What do we know about what was hit? Yeah, it's mostly the Gushtan area which is the Tel Aviv sort of metropolitan area. We don't have exact details about what has been hit or the extent of the damages because Israel Defense Forces are telling people not to post that information but EMS services do say they have treated upwards of 35 individuals this evening in the three different waves that have come in.
