Elsewhere, Tony Golan achieved back-to-back wins in the Turac Handicap, this time with Transatlantic. The Caulfield Guineas saw Autumn Boy, sired by The Autumn Sun, claim his first win in the race, with trainer Chris Waller indicating a cautious approach regarding a potential Cox Plate entry.

It was a four-horse field in the Might and Power Stakes, and a small field can often throw a curveball. This was no exception. Globe kicks, Globe sprinted better, and Globe is going to upset them. Globe wins, Globe by two and a half, a terrific ride. For Treasure The Moment's trainer, Matt Laurie, he's now faced with a tough call of whether to push on to the Cox Plate with his four-year-old Treasure. We see how she pulls up and make a call.
