This delay comes after activists said the global Sumud flotilla suffered two successive nights of attacks on its boats. This large number of boats at sea is difficult for the Zionists to stop. This has already created international interest and support for the flotilla and put the world's eyes on Gaza. Our goal is to break the blockade and we are carrying baby milk, medicine and aid. But if any other scenario happens, we are ready. Our aim is to reach Gaza and deliver this aid. Crowds flocked to the port to show their support to the flotilla after two of its vessels were hit by drones on Monday and Tuesday night. Tunisian authorities said they were investigating the attacks. We know the dangers, but we also know when we came into this harbour, all the support we have from the Tunisian people, when we were in Barcelona, all the support we got from the people in Barcelona, so only people will change anything working together. So we go down to Gaza and we will do our mission. The global Sumut flotilla departed from Spain on September 1st in hopes to reach Gaza. Passengers on board include Swedish activist Greta Thunberg and former Barcelona mayor Ada Colau.
