I reason with people like in Chicago with the governor and the mayor. You try and reason with them and it's like you're talking to a wall. I assume it's just a political ideology. They're not stupid people. It must be an ideology that's just buried in their head and you can't do a damn thing about it. And we'd love to go into Chicago and straighten it out. Illinois Governor JB Pritzker has been one of Donald Trump's most defiant critics and has rebuffed the president's calls to send the National Guard in. Trump says troops are needed to fight crime, though he has not sent any into Republican-run cities with high crime rates. His critics say the troops are rather intended to intimidate residents and deter resistance to ICE raids. But the Supreme Court on Monday gave Trump the go-ahead to use ICE to stop and arrest people based on their appearance in California, which a federal court had previously ruled unconstitutional.
