In Paris, the metro and buses will run as planned, as well as the high-speed TGV train, though some interruptions are expected on the TER, RER and Intercités regional trains. The day of protest is expected to be less widespread compared to those of 18 September, and opinions differ on it. I support it. I've managed to take part in demonstrations for the last two days, and I'm going to go back because I think we need to keep it up in order to be heard. If we don't find a bit of common ground between all the parties and all the unions, we'll never get out of this, so I think it's a bit of a shame while we're waiting to see what the new government will do. In terms of air travel, delays are to be expected. Fewer strikers are also expected in the national education system, particularly in middle and high schools. A strike notice has been filed in hospitals, so those expecting to be seen should postpone non-urgent appointments.
