Russia has stepped up airstrikes on Ukraine's rail networks and energy grids ahead of winter, a tactic seen in previous years since Moscow's full-scale invasion began.

For a second day, Israel is launching more strikes on the Strip defying demands from the U.S. to stop attacks. At least 61 Palestinians were killed in attacks across the Strip.
