We're bringing you team coverage this afternoon after a four-alarm fire rips through a Jewish bakery in Brooklyn, injuring four people, including one firefighter. Thank you for joining us. I'm Marci Jones. Let's get straight out to News 12's Tim Harfman. He's at the scene in Borough Park with the very latest. Tim, what can you tell us? Well, Marci, the FDNY says it took nearly 200 firefighters to get these flames under control, and now in these daylight hours, we're getting a better look at the aftermath. You can see behind me, firefighters are still here on scene, hours after this fire broke out. And the FDNY releasing new video of the heavy smoke and firefighters inside of this two-story structure. We want to show you this video now. And now, let's get on over to News 12's Edric Robinson, who's been talking with neighbors in Borough Park as they take in the damage and try to process exactly what this fire means for their community. Hey, Edric, tell us what's going on out there. Yeah, Marci, as you know, we've been out here since early this morning, and we've been seeing many people stop by here on the sidewalk, some pointing, some talking amongst themselves, trying to figure out what this fire truly means for a business that they say has served this community here for decades. Dozens of neighbors lined sidewalks on 13th Avenue, watching as firefighters worked for hours trying to get this blaze under control. The FDNY says the Matzah Bakery here, which is right next to a school, filled the block with smoke early this morning, drawing people out of their homes and right into the street. When I was sleeping, I experienced some of the burning. Now as crews worked shifts and fought hot spots, neighbors stood by, trying to process what this fire could mean for a place many of them depend on. A very huge loss, because there is a supply and demand. Everything is handmade. And this is one of the few places where we make matzah. We don't have so much places. They start baking. Passover is in April usually, and they start baking maybe a few months ago, by the end of the summer for Passover. Neighbors told me this bakery has been a part of the community here for about 40 years. For Fryde, this place is personal. I was inside over there a few times already. I bought from this place. And right now, firefighters, they're still behind here working to make sure this building is safe. I can tell you that neighbors there, they're still talking about this.
