Hochul signs consumer protection package to save New Yorkers money
The measures signed by Gov. Kathy Hochul aim to make it easier for New Yorkers to cancel subscriptions, require online retailers to clearly post return and refund policies, and regulate “Buy Now, Pay Later” loans.
