A 19-year-old man was killed during a shooting in the Flats early Sunday morning, according to Cleveland Police.

Cleveland police are investigating a fatal shooting in the Flats, where a 19-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene following an argument that escalated into gunfire. Officers responded to West 11th Street and discovered another man, aged 24, who had also been shot and was transported to the hospital. 

Authorities have identified the 24-year-old as a suspect, and he remains in police custody while receiving medical care. The incident occurred in the same area as a previous shooting after a Browns home opener.
