Legal trouble tonight for Rudy Giuliani as a woman claims the former New York City mayor coerced her into performing sexual favors. It's all part of a lawsuit filed by that woman who says she worked for Giuliani from 2019 to 2021. Fox Live's Linda Schmitz spoke with the plaintiff's lawyer and is live in the newsroom with the latest. Linda. Yeah hi there, Steven and Natasha. Well first of all Giuliani, who was once known as America's mayor for his leadership after the 9-11 attacks, is now being sued as they just said by a woman who says he promised her a yearly salary of 1 million dollars but he never paid her and forced her into having sex with him. Noel Dumphy's lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and his companies contains explosive allegations accusing Giuliani of sexual abuse, harassment and refusing to pay her a promised salary. Dumphy says Giuliani hired her in 2019 as a 24-7 on-call assistant and his director of business development. As a lawyer Giuliani also represented Dumphy and her ongoing domestic violence dispute with an ex-partner. As a well- known powerful man who in 2019 had President Trump's ear, she says he made it clear that he was untouchable. She alleges that he told her that people don't report me, I don't have an HR department because I don't need an HR department and that if anyone were to report me my private investigators would in a nutshell make them sorry that they did. Attorney Justin Kelton says his client was forced into unwanted sex with Giuliani. She claims he never paid her a 1 million dollar a year salary over the course of two years because he was in the middle of a bitter divorce with wife Judith Nathan and Nathan's lawyers were watching his cash flow. She's in this very difficult situation where her boss and her lawyer are putting this immense pressure on her and she really could not see a way out of it. Attorney Kelton says his client has audio recordings of many of Giuliani's sexual demands and hostile behavior. She alleges that he was frequently drunk when he was around her and that when he got drunk he made awful comments, sexist comments, racist comments. This is a problem for Mr. Giuliani. Randy Zelland is a criminal defense attorney. He is not connected with this civil lawsuit but he says recorded comments, emails and texts the accuser says she has carry a lot of weight. It makes this complaint quite credible. Now through a spokesperson Rudy Giuliani has vehemently denied the allegations and he says he will pursue whatever legal action he can against his accuser.
