We on tech both are looking for their first Wimbledon championship and Matthew Futterman joins us now from Wimbledon in London. He's a senior tennis writer for the athletic. Matt, good to see you. Thank you for joining us. So let's start with tomorrow's women's final. What can you tell us about Anissa Mova's rapid ascent? And how do you think she'll fare against we on tech? And he's a move that has just had an absolutely remarkable. Sort of come back from, you know, just two years ago she was taking a mental break from the sport just a year ago. She was playing in the qualifying tournament and didn't actually get into the main draw at Wimbledon. And now here she is a year later. After doing a lot of work on her fitness, a lot of work on our game. Also hiring a new physiotherapist who has really gotten her body into just about the best shape of her life. And here she is in the Wimbledon final on the biggest stage in the sport. Now I want to talk about Joe Jokovic is. Incredible Wimbledon run after losing today and seeing his final streak snapped. What's next for him? He says he wants to play again. He has no intention of retiring. He just said we just got out of a news conference with him and he said he does not plan on this being his final time on center court. And why should it be? I mean he is better than all but two players in the world. And you know those are those two just about beat everybody, especially on especially on these big stages. You know the issue for him is that he's totally focused on Grand Slams at this point and Grand Slams or three out of five sets and he is just running out of gas at 38 years old. Playing these marathon matches in tournaments that are marathons themselves. So breakdown Sundays men's final. Do you think Algaraz wins for a third consecutive year at Wimbledon? What's your guess? He's definitely the favorite coming into this because he's been a favorite coming into this because he's won twice before. He seems to be better on grass and clay, whereas Yannick Center is better on the hard courts, which is what the Australian Open in the US Open are played on. He's the reigning champion in both of those Grand Slams, but that's what makes this so interesting. It really sort of harks back to Nadal and Federer going back to 1520 years ago, when Nadal was winning everything on clay, and Federer was winning everything on grass. And then Nadal finally wins the 2008 broke through and beat Federer on grass on center court in you know, one of the great matches of the ages.
