S by other countries. He goes on to say, quote California with its weakened incompetent governor has been particularly hard hit. Therefore in order to solve this long time, never ending problem, I will be imposing a tax on the U. S. And the U. S is also raising uncertainty for studios and workers as well, but heavily depend on international box office revenue and also filming overseas.
