One by one, the coffins of the six killed in Tuesday's Israeli attack were carried into Doha's Abdul Wahab Mosque, where five Palestinian flags and one Qatari flag covered the remains of Hamas members and a Qatari security officer ahead of funeral prayers. At the United Nations Security Council, Qatar's Prime Minister shared his nation's fury at the Israeli attack. "'Attacking our territories while we were busy with negotiations has uncovered the intentions of Israel,' he said. It is trying to undermine any prospect of peace." The Israeli strikes on this building used by Hamas has sent shockwaves across the Middle East. Qatar was acting as one of the main negotiators between Israel and Hamas, a role they took at the request of the U.S., helping to secure past ceasefire agreements and the release of 148 hostages. Majid al-Ansari is Qatar's foreign ministry spokesman and advisor to the prime minister. I would say that betrayal is a feeling we are having right now. Are negotiations now dead?
