Memories are still fresh here of the deadly flooding from Hurricane Ellen that devastated this southeast U.S. state less than a year ago. And those houses, you know, they had a bunch of them go down last year. So far, Aaron is not forecast to make landfall, but it is projected to send waves of up to six meters high along with violent winds. Authorities have declared a state of emergency. We pre-positioned three swift water rescue teams and 200 National Guard troops to various locations on the coast, along with boats, high clearance vehicles and aircraft. Aaron is also expected to create dangerous currents at beaches in the Bahamas and tropical storm conditions in Bermuda.
