While two individuals were reportedly taken into custody, authorities have not released details on the reason for the arrests or the circumstances leading to the use of force. The situation remains under investigation, with local and federal authorities expected to provide further information.

We begin with breaking news out of Morris County. A planned law enforcement operation is shutting down multiple roads in Parsippany, Troy Hills this morning. Yeah, around 6.30 this morning, police told residents near Route 202 to remain in their homes. That order has since been lifted. News 12 New Jersey's Tony Caputo just got to the scene and Tony, a neighbor that you spoke with just shared some new video with you of the situation. And that video is dramatic. No doubt about it. We're going to show you that in a moment that the neighbor had shared with me when we arrived on scene. I'm at Kingston Road and Alloway Road. This is Kingston Road. It's blocked off at the other end is Route 202 where you could see more of the activity from that end to be honest, but it's the video that the neighbor provided that you want to take a look at. And let's show you that now. You could see the SWAT team and others in the backyard. The neighbor who provided this video to me lives next to that home and he could see clearly what was going on and eventually you're going to see the suspect come out of the house. Now the way the neighbor described it to me was that they were trying to get at least one person out of the house, maybe more. But once that suspect did come out of the house, the neighbor was able to capture that moment as well that he shared with us. So again, just very dramatic video to say the least here in Parsippany. Now we talked to the neighbor about what was happening and what he gathered as he was watching this all play out. I saw the guy coming out, a big heavy fit guy with his hands up. I heard the cops say that they took two down. So I don't know, they were looking for a guy in the basement, he wouldn't respond. Now the way this was initially described by Parsippany police was that this was a federal law enforcement activity that was going on and they had shut down some roadways because of it. They made it clear that there was no danger to the public, that whatever they were trying to accomplish, they did accomplish. We're still waiting on specific information on why this arrest was made and the way it was made. That last check, some folks were being asked to remain in their homes for the time being. At this point, we're out here, Kingston Road is closed. So again, we'll wait for more specific information from Parsippany police or federal authorities for that matter.
