Gaza's Hamas-run health ministry reports that at least 120 people have been killed in the past day. For more on this, I want to bring in CBS News Middle East reporter Courtney Keeley from our Washington bureau. Courtney, can you break down this latest offensive for our audience and tell us what it means for those civilians on the ground? Well, starting off, this has been contentious, this idea of a framework of a complete occupation of the last 25 percent of Gaza that the IDF isn't already patrolling and in charge of. And this is around Gaza City. So the IDF, the Israeli Defense Forces chief of staff, announced there's a framework. That might happen around the mid to end of September. What's happening right now is a military incursion, which includes airstrikes and includes tank movements and troops on the ground. And that is happening on the eastern flank of Gaza City, not near the beach, where a lot of families are sheltering in tents, but in very close proximity. And we've already seen—well, actually, to be frank, Vlad, I have been talking to a family that lives in a tent today that I know well. And they're sheltering there. So people that I know are in tents now, displaced, with no resources whatsoever, trapped, really. The question is, will they relocate? And what will they do? That remains what's on the ground. We know that there are continued casualties. Hamas said this incursion has happened, too, by the way. And we know that Netanyahu is working a bunch of different angles. The IDF, though, contentious within the government of actually how they're going to carry out this long-term plan. But right now, it's the short term that's starting.
