Police are searching for the man responsible for a drive-by shooting at a home in Concord in Sydney's inner west. The property has been linked to two convicted drug dealers.

A drive-by shooting occurred at a top-floor balcony in Concord, NSW, involving suspects who fled in a stolen white Genesis GV80 before attempting to cover their tracks and switching to another vehicle. The targeted residence is registered to Raymond Frangia, a self-proclaimed motivational speaker and convicted cocaine dealer, whose family has been previously targeted by organised crime, including a fatal shooting in 2003.

Police believe the suspects are members of organised crime but have found no direct links to outlaw motorcycle gangs. The investigation has been hindered after nearly 13 weeks, as Frangia and his mother, who were not home during the incident, have ceased cooperating with authorities. Police are now seeking public assistance to locate the gun, gunman, and getaway vehicle.

The stolen white Genesis GV80 driven off, but spotted just minutes later in Burwood, where the hooded suspects attempt to cover their tracks. The getaway driver now also an arsonist. As the accomplice preps their escape in a white Mitsubishi Lancer that disappears into the night. We believe it was last track to Granville. We haven't been able to identify that vehicle. We were certainly keen to locate where that car is. The home, targeted in the July drive-by, is registered to self-proclaimed motivational speaker and convicted coke dealer Raymond Frangia. His family, recently moving back in, is no stranger to being the target of organised crime. Hit twice before in 2003, where Raymond's father was shot dead in Maryland's. We believe the two people who are members of organised crime. We have no direct evidence to say that they're affiliated with any particular outlaw motorcycle gang though. After almost 13 weeks of trying to piece this highly orchestrated crime together, authorities have hit a snag in their investigation. The 45-year-old and his mother, who weren't home at the time, have now stopped cooperating with police. Leaving many questions unanswered, like the whereabouts of the gun, gunman, getaway car and its driver. Without his cooperation, things like that become increasingly difficult. We'd like his assistance or any members of the public's assistance who could help us bring a resolution to this crime. Olivia Blunden, 10 News.
