Paramedics in Gaza weary after years of death and destruction

Youssef Abdel Qader, a Palestinian paramedic in Gaza, says rescue runs and the deaths of his colleagues have taken a toll. According to the United Nations, over the course of two years, Israeli military operations have destroyed or damaged nearly 80 per cent of structures in Gaza and displaced about 90 per cent of the population.
