It was pretty dramatic, I think, for the level of the seriousness of this matter. Arrested on an outstanding warrant regarding revenge porn unrelated to Mark Latham. She was taken to Mascot Police Station and denied bail. Spending NRL grand final night in custody. She was distraught, of course. It's not something that, you know, it's welcoming you coming home to find yourself arrested and move on from there. But thankfully we are in Australia. The 38-year-old is facing three charges including intentionally recording and distributing an intimate image without consent. The alleged victim cannot be named for legal reasons but questions today over Ms Matthews' overnight detention. In a separate matter, she's pursuing an AVO on Mr Latham who had a police escort on the weekend out of Randwick Racecourse for allegedly ignoring a management request to leave. While Ms Matthews today won her freedom by insisting she's going nowhere. She's not a flight risk. She's got no criminal history. Today in court her bail conditions were actually watered down. She no longer needs to report to police before this matter goes back before the courts on Wednesday along with the case of her AVO against Mr Latham.
