Police arrested the 30-year-old suspect, along with his uncle and a court security guard. The security guard reportedly failed to search the defendant and his uncle after they triggered a metal detector. Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama described the event as tragic and called for stricter penalties for gun-related offenses.
