Jacob Rosado, a 24-year-old man believed to be the last person to see 16-year-old Vincent Pabon alive, has been charged with a new felony related to child exploitation. Police discovered sexually oriented materials involving a minor on Rosado's electronic devices while investigating Pabon's disappearance and subsequent death. 

Rosado was already in custody on charges of tampering with evidence connected to the events leading up to Pabon's death. He has a prior conviction for attempted criminal child enticement. Authorities are awaiting autopsy results to determine if further charges will be filed.

His body was found near the East Falls three days later We previously told you about Rosado's record in 2021 He was charged with gross sexual imposition with a child under age 13 Sheffield Lake Police records show Pabon's mother filed that report He later pleaded to a lesser charge of attempted criminal child Enticement and was sentenced to 90 days in jail now Rosado was already in the Lorain County Jail for tampering with evidence charge This morning a judge ordered a $50,000 bond for this charge of pandering sexual oriented matter Involving a minor and Rob Illyria police previously told me that they'd be reviewing the findings of Pabon's Autopsy to determine whether to file any other charges against Rosado.
