The UN says more than 20 people have been killed and hundreds of people have been injured since protests erupted in September. Razuel sacked his government on Monday to quell anger that has not succeeded. The youth-led movement is using tactics seen in recent demonstrations in other countries including Indonesia, the Philippines and Nepal.
