They had it ready for me at the door. They gave it to me. They said, come back later and pay. I think the secret is really just showing up every day. Whatever we have to do for a customer to make sure that they come back, to make sure they're happy, make sure it fits, that's what's important. That loyalty has carried the business through changing fashions and tougher economic times. I went to him about two or three years ago, and I went to my daughter as well, and I said, if you want this business, it's yours. I think my dad's never going to retire. I think he's going to probably stay here as long as he can, which is a good thing. I want him.
