My name is Jocelyn from Cicero. They don't have a warrant. They didn't ask for one. They forcefully opened the door of the truck. Erin McCollum recorded that video yesterday and spoke with CBS News on a video call today. What was going through your mind when you were seeing this arrest take place? The only thing that was going through my mind was worry for the woman that I was seeing being taken out of the car. You wanted to document the situation. I definitely wanted to document it. This video is just the latest in a standoff between the people of Chicago and federal authorities deployed to America's third largest city. We're at a moment in which we have a federal government that has not only trampled on our Constitution, but it has declared war on American cities. Approximately 500 National Guard troops have been activated, with some deployed to protect the Federal ICE Processing Center in Broadview. Despite Chicago's recent drop in violent crime, President Trump's administration, along with the Department of Homeland Security, say federal agents and U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement facilities need protection from protesters. Crime numbers in Chicago. They're through the roof. And I have a governor who stands up every day and tells us how wonderful Chicago is. Just a lie. It's like a con job. We've reached out to ICE for information about Jocelyn, the woman in that cell phone video, and so far have not heard back.
