The individual who was hit did not require hospital treatment.

Additional reports include an object being thrown at a car, causing damage, and the use of pepper spray by an unknown person. Hartford police are currently investigating all reported incidents related to the protest.

We're learning about an incident at a protest in Hartford outside the federal courthouse last night. The mayor is saying that attendees at one point saw federal employees leaving the building and tried to block them. A person was hit by a vehicle believed to be driven by a federal employee. The person hit did not go to the hospital. The mayor says that there was also a report of someone throwing an object at a car, damaging it. An unknown individual used pepper spray. He says that all these incidents are being investigated by Hartford police.
