Rose Davies and Lyndon Hall fed off each other to qualify for the 5000 metre final. When you've seen Aussie up the front, like, if they can do it, you can do it. So, it just gives you that extra spurs. So, yeah, it was nice to have you next to me. Aww, cute. Sydney McLaughlin-Lavrone ran the fastest 400 metres in 39 years, within a whisker of a record most would like to see binned. At 47.78, she's within touching distance of East Germany's Marita Koch.
