The floods swept away vehicles, submerged homes in Akni, and disrupted traffic between Marrakesh and Mol Ibrahim, also damaging local shops and residences. 

Authorities have mobilized equipment for emergency repairs and are taking precautionary measures. The Imli region was also affected, with torrents carrying boulders and tree trunks destroying crops and washing away sections of roads.

On Sunday and Monday, there were thunderstorms and now we are taking the necessary measures and precautions and we are preparing the equipment from the administration. Flash flooding was also felt in the Imli region, where torrents carrying massive boulders and tree trunks devastated crops and washed away entire sections of roads.
