A key aspect of the investigation involves the suspect's trans partner, who is reportedly cooperating with law enforcement after initial contact. Authorities are also examining online activity on pro-trans and left-wing sites for evidence of radicalization or calls to violence. The FBI is considering whether the case may qualify as domestic terrorism.

Andy, no. Andy, it's a pleasure to have you on the program. Thanks for being here. My pleasure. I know you've been looking at this case pretty closely. And we heard from Utah Governor Spencer Cox, the suspect is not cooperating with authorities, while investigators now turn to his friends and family in their search for a motive. You've been reporting on this ongoing investigation. What's your assessment of what drove the suspect to commit this horrific crime? Well, I'm glad the governor came out in several places to make it clear that the evidence so far suggests or shows that the suspect was motivated in his political beliefs for leftist ideology, because in the immediate hours after the assassination, online networks of left-wing activists, influencers and, unfortunately, liberal journalists have been spreading vicious lies that the suspect is actually a far-right Christian nationalist, and that because he came from a conservative family, that that somehow meant that that motivated him. And these lies were disseminated very widely, including on the L.A. Times, by the way. And there's also a reference to it in the Wikipedia entry, which means it's on Google, and AI will reference that, too. So thank you, Governor Cox, for coming out and saying that. It was clear that, to me, from the immediate announcement of the suspect being in custody and the engravings on the rifle cartridges, that that was essentially his manifesto, allegedly. And people kept brushing over the Bella Ciao song. I mean, when I heard that, my jaw kind of dropped, because it's a dog whistle to Antifa in particular. That is their anthem. They've been using it for decades, not just them, but also communists. They appropriated that song from like an Italian folk song. And it's used by Antifa groups and their slogans and their chants. And in 2019, the Antifa gunman in Tacoma, Washington, who shot up an ice facility and tried to blow up a propane tank that was attached to the building, he also referenced the same exact lyrics in his closing part of his manifesto. So this has been completed. I want to ask you, Andy, about the FBI's investigation into a possible trans connection to Charlie Kirk's murder. Kirk Cox said the suspect has a trans partner who is apparently cooperating with investigators. And I know you reported on this connection on X, saying in the FBI director's interview about the investigation into the Charlie assassin suspect, he confirms the cooperating family says Robinson became radicalized to the left. He suggests the trans lover knew of a pre-written Charlie kill note that was destroyed. So does this mean the suspect targeted Kirk for his trans views? And should the roommate or anyone else face charges if, in fact, they had advanced knowledge of what this guy was going to do? Well, now that the left has had to accept that there's a transgender angle to this assassination, they've been coming up with another excuse saying, well, the trans person here is actually a hero because he's cooperating with law enforcement. Well, if you read the Utah County criminal complaint against the suspect and it outlines things in chronological order, it appears that the lover, trans lover slash roommate of the suspect cooperated only after law enforcement showed up at his home. And watching that interview of Director Patel earlier on Fox News, he seems, in my opinion, how I interpret it is to suggest that the his words were aggressive interview tactics is how they got this information about a alleged pre-written kill note that was in the shared home. Well, who else was in the shared home? It was the suspect and the suspect's lover. Yeah. Well, the feds are probing pro-trans sites as well online for clues. I know you've been tracking messaging on these radical trans sites. Are there or were there calls for violent action there? Left-wing trans activists for years now have been calling for their political targets to be killed. And after the election win of Donald Trump last November, they've been more so encouraging trans people to purchase firearms, to join left-wing militias and learn how to kill people because in their own words, they believe a trans genocide is going on and they don't hide any of their threats. You go to their protests, their rallies in the open during the day, they will have signs that say trans rights or else. And there are pictures of various guns like the rifle, for example, that was used in this killing guns like that. So none of this is hidden. And of course, they were the first to celebrate and welcome the murder of Mr. Kirk and then to call for others to be killed, started listing various people by name that they wanted to see be killed next, including myself. Well there are now suggestions that this might qualify as domestic terrorism. And I know that the feds are looking at that very closely.
