The group, comprising England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, France, South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, issued a joint letter urging players to reconsider joining the R360 series, which is scheduled to launch a multi-city competition.

The federations view the R360 project as a threat to the sport's established structures and express concerns over player welfare and scheduling conflicts. R360, in response, stated that players should not be forced to choose between representing their country and joining the new league.
