It looked pretty real. I mean, it was obviously an AI in that it was like something a little unnatural about it but its mouth moved perfectly with its voice. It's definitely changing the candidate experience. But I don't know, it feels like a waste of my time most of the time. I'm not usually happy as soon as they see something like that. But it is the next step in what has been an ongoing evolution in AI recruiting. It started out automating basic or repetitive tasks like writing job descriptions or analyzing resumes. It was nice getting the chance to speak with you, Aaron. And now it's being used for a lot more sophisticated sort of use cases. More sophisticated tasks like analyzing video interviews, scheduling and identifying passive candidates. Or there's even like AI recruiters now that are hitting me up and they'll, then I'll be like, now can I call you? No AI recruiter or AI interviewer has ever gotten me to talk to a human. Transparency is key from both the employer and the candidate. For employers, that means telling candidates AI is being used and how. Gotcha, I totally understand. But also to avoid biases that exist in data AI is learning from. For candidates, transparency means being authentic to your style, skills, and responses in interviews. What is your biggest weakness? You hear often that you have to beat the ATS or beat the AI, beat the bots. And that's not really accurate. Because in the end, it's one human to another looking for the best fit.
