Nice to be with you. It's always good to have you. Interesting that Schiff used a flimsy whistleblower to impeach the president, you'll remember, over Ukraine. Now a Democrat whistleblower dimed him out. How serious is this, first of all? How many years in prison if convicted? Do you think he's gonna be held accountable? Well, I certainly hope he's going to be held accountable. One thing that we have to keep in mind is such things as the statute of limitations. I mean, I can't give you the exact numbers how that works, but then I would also say that we don't know, but that Adam Schiff might be part of the conspiracy investigation that we're hearing DOJ and FBI are building. And in that case, Adam Schiff could be in a lot of trouble here for what he did. I also wanna know why didn't the deep state do anything? Because if this Democrat came forward in 2017, and to your point now, the statute of limitations has passed on some of the charges, but there could be conspiracy charges that have a longer statute. Where was the former FBI chief, Chris Wray? Did he and other officials at the Trump DOJ the first time, pardon me, and the Biden DOJ later cover all this up? Why didn't we know about this? Yeah, that's the shocking thing about reading these documents. It's John Solomon's great story, it's just the news that broke this. But reading these documents, it's kind of shocking because the whistleblower went to the FBI, and he's told like, well, look, it doesn't matter because these leaks are okay because of the speech and debate clause. And it seems to me that the speech and debate clause does not cover leaking classified intelligence for the sake of prosecuting a political campaign against the president of the United States. So that's one of the shocking things that's here in these documents. Yeah, I covered Congress a long time as you have. Speech and debate clauses, you could say something on the House or Senate floor and be protected against a lawsuit or something. And a lot different to break the law and leak classified information. Here's Schiff's story. His office told Newsmax, "'Cash Patel's' latest smear against a senator is absolutely and categorically false, and is just the latest in a series of defamatory attacks from the president and his allies meant to distract from their plummeting poll numbers and Epstein file scandal," which I would add seems bizarre. That's not what they're doing here. "'These baseless smears are based on allegations that were found to be not reliable, not credible, and unsubstantiated from a disgruntled former staffer who was fired.'" Interesting that they point the finger. And I find it interesting that, you know, they're all about, oh, they're taking things out of context and they're coming after me. This was never adequately investigated. We're just hearing about it now. And it's really rich in my estimation that Adam Schiff is saying, oh, I'm the victim of smears when he's been smearing the president. Your last thought. Well, one of the things that Adam Schiff has to keep in mind is what these documents disclose. And they disclosed that they were getting staffers involved in this. And if we're talking about an investigation into what happened, presumably that's one of the first places investigators would go, to staffers to find out what was happening. These are the lowest hanging fruit, and these people are gonna be quite concerned that they're gonna get dragged into Adam Schiff's problems. So that's his issue, that this report is about staffers. That's who was told to leak the information. So again, Adam Schiff could be in a great deal of trouble here.
