Zero zoning conditions, you're the president of, I said you gotta be kidding. At the dinner, he also showed guests miniature models for a new arch he once built in Washington. It's going to be really beautiful. I think it's going to be fantastic. There's a rendering of what it will look like. You have three sides. That would be the largest one. This is just a model of what it would look like in either of the three, any of the three sides, which is right here. I don't know if you can see it. Since returning to power, Donald Trump has been eager to place his stamp on the White House. The Oval Office has received gold embellishments and the Rose Garden has been paved over. He's also sought to bring in influences from his trips overseas. This June, Trump got the U.S. military to put on a parade to mark its anniversary, which just so happened to fall on his birthday.
