With this fire finally being put out, authorities are continuing their investigations with police going to be entering into the building to collect evidence. Officials say they can't rule out the possibility of finding more bodies as they continue to conduct their investigations. More arrests have also been made of people linked to the estate's renovations. Now, the estate had been undergoing renovation at the time of the fire, and scrutiny has been turning to the materials used for those renovations, particularly the styrofoam, which was used on the outside of the windows, the styrofoam being highly flammable, and authorities saying could be one of the reasons why this fire spread so quickly and so intensely. Authorities also said that the fire alarms weren't working effectively enough, and one resident I spoke to who was inside the building at the time of the fire, he told me that he didn't hear an alarm and instead someone called him, telling him to leave, and he was able to get out. Now, people have been gathering behind me to donate clothes and shoes, nappies, even power banks to those who are in need of them and to the victims of this tragedy, not far from where I am as well, there is a community centre where there are photo albums of some of the victims to help relatives who may be looking for information about their missing loved ones. Authorities saying they haven't been able to identify some of the deceased yet. Now, there is, as you can expect, a lot of grief, but there is also anger here, with questions being asked about what went wrong and who should be held accountable.
