Tropical Depression Seven has strengthened into Tropical Storm Gabrielle in the central Atlantic. Gabrielle is forecast to remain a tropical storm as it moves northwest, passing well north of the Windward Islands this weekend. Gabrielle doesn’t appear to be a threat to the U.S.
