A fire at the Willow Glen apartment complex in Millcreek was ignited when a lawnmower struck a rock, causing sparks that, combined with high winds, led to a rapid spread of flames through the complex. The fire resulted in the complete loss of two apartment buildings, leaving several residents permanently displaced. 

Despite the significant property loss, there were no reported injuries. Residents described the fire as spreading extremely quickly, with little time to react. The local community has begun to rally around those affected, offering support and resources as they recover from the incident.
