We're learning more how Comic-Con goers and even those without badges can get their pinball gaming on.

Comic-Con in San Diego is drawing large crowds with a variety of pop culture attractions, including themed pinball machines from Stern Pinball. Among the highlights is a Jaws-themed machine marking the film's 50th anniversary, alongside other titles such as Dungeons and Dragons, Metallica, and King Kong.

Attendees can play these machines inside the convention center, while the general public can access about 30 pinball games at a pop-up location in the nearby Marriott hotel, without needing a Comic-Con badge. The event showcases the effort involved in creating pinball machines and offers entertainment for both badge holders and visitors enjoying the festivities around downtown.

Whether you have a badge or you just want to enjoy all the free block parties, the barbecues, the pop up shops scattered around downtown, there really is something for every pop culture fanatic to enjoy. Tens of thousands of people are heading to downtown. But ABC 10 news reporter Adam Campos, he's getting there before all of the crowds. Yeah, I am getting to check out one of the new pinball machines that's here with stern pinball. It was a jaws team and they're celebrating the 50th anniversary for jaws. I just lost my ball. I don't know what happened to it, but you know what? I'll get back to it a little bit. But here to tell us a little bit more about what their setup is and what you can do if you don't have a badge is set. He is the ceo. We appreciate you for being here with us. A 50 celebration. How big is it to bring jaws to life with a pinball machine? Oh, it's huge. We launched our jaws machine last year. It's done great. And with the 50th anniversary this year, we thought what better than to do a fresh take on our jaws game. And that's what we have here. And you have these, you have three other ones here, all this set up here. Now, when you think of a pinball machine, it's just it's such a simple game. But what goes into actually making one of these? It takes a couple of years to make a pinball machine, just like a video game or a movie. It takes time. It takes a lot of people. It takes a whole factory full of folks to bring this all to life and bring it together. So, um, we pick some of the best licenses in the world. We work with some of the best companies in the world and we bring to life some great games like jaws, Dungeons and Dragons, Metallica, King Kong. And with it, you have the four that are here right now, but there's also a way for people to enjoy them if they don't have a badge. How can they do that? So we have a pop up over at the Marriott just by the convention center and people can go over there. We've got about 30 games and then go over there and get their pinball on.
